A full Roof Replacement is a major investment, and Calamus homeowners deserve a crew that explains every material option instead of pushing whatever's easiest to install.
We walk Calamus homeowners through material options, tear-off scope, and timeline before a single shingle comes off, so there are no surprises mid-project.
Every Roof Replacement includes a pre-project walkthrough so there are no surprises once tear-off actually begins.
Every Roof Replacement crew lead carries current Calamus, IA licensing and full insurance.
Materials staged and crews scheduled to minimize how long your Calamus property sits exposed.
No mid-project line items you didn't approve first.
We match material choice to Calamus's climate exposure, not just the lowest bid.
A complete Roof Replacement covers more than swapping shingles — here's what's actually included.
We never install new shingles over compromised decking — it gets fixed first, every time.
Ice and water barrier gets installed at eaves and valleys per current code requirements.
Architectural shingles are installed to manufacturer nail patterns and exposure specs, not a rushed approximation.
For Calamus homeowners considering a longer-lifespan option, we install standing seam and panel metal systems too.
Poor attic ventilation shortens the life of a new roof, so we assess and upgrade it as part of most Roof Replacement jobs.
We protect landscaping and driveways during tear-off and do a full magnetic nail sweep before leaving.
We start with a conversation about your roof's age, material preferences, and timeline.
A crew lead inspects your Calamus roof in person and measures the full scope of work.
You get a full written estimate covering materials, labor, and disposal before any tear-off is scheduled.
Final walkthrough happens before we consider your Roof Replacement project complete.
